Steven D. McClure, President and CEO
Mr. McClure is President & CEO of ClearStack Combustion Corporation. He was instrumental in the formation of the company. He has overall responsibility for the company operations. In addition, he participates in the commercial development and marketing of the ClearStack technologies. He was formerly the Director of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs. He also directed the agency's functions for Personnel and Human Relations, Legislative and Governmental Relations, and its budget office. The Department administered over 70 programs across the State and had a staff of over 700. Its annual budget was approximately $900 million. The Department also operated eleven overseas trade offices through its International Business Bureau. Mr. McClure served in a number of policy and management positions for Governor Thompson, including appointment as the Governor's Director of Boards and Commissions.

Andrew J. Hamilton, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hamilton is Chief Financial Officer of ClearStack Combustion Corporation and is responsible for financial matters for the corporation. Mr. Hamilton is also the President of Financial Solutions in Springfield, Illinois since 1993. Financial Solutions is a private firm which consults with business and government on financial matters and assists business in obtaining financial assistance which includes low interest government loans, tax-exempt interest rate bonds, loan guarantees, and various tax related benefits. Mr. Hamilton facilitated over $460,000,000 in financial capital. He was also formerly the Assistant Deputy Director of the Bureau of Operations at the Illinois Department of Commerce and Community Affairs (DCCA). He also served in a variety of other policy and management positions that included Manager of the Financial Review Division (FRED), which performed the credit underwriting and financial analysis of the DCCA's $84 million loan and investment portfolio.
